What is Asenion?

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario, Fairly AI is now Asenion, an AI governance platform for regulated organizations. It supports lifecycle oversight, automated controls and testing against the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.

Fairly AI became Asenion after joining with Swedish AI governance company Anch.AI in June 2025. The platform inventories AI use cases, models, agents, datasets and vendors, then applies policies, controls, assessments and approval workflows across the lifecycle. Teams document systems, assign owners and reviewers, track risk, attach evidence and generate reports. Its testing layer evaluates generative and agentic systems, while runtime governance provides policy guidance at the point of an action.

Features cover policy authoring, a searchable policy library, configurable controls, conditional forms, lifecycle gates, risk tracking, corrective actions and a tamper-evident activity log. Testing includes adversarial evaluation for LLMs and agents, fairness measurement and drift detection. Integrations connect cloud model inventories, MLflow evidence, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack, Teams and identity providers. Deployment is flexible, but implementation still requires governance design, evidence preparation and technical integration.

The platform is aimed at AI teams, compliance groups, internal audit, model-risk functions and regulated businesses that need repeatable evidence. Public customer material names GuruLink, Dalikoo and Nebuly, and reports a six-week ISO/IEC 42001 certification outcome for GuruLink. Asenion offers hosted, private-cloud and on-premises options. The legacy Fairly pricing page lists $99 and $299 plans but marks them out of stock; current Asenion pricing is quote-based.

Key features

AI system inventory

Register predictive, generative and agentic systems, models, datasets and third-party components with lifecycle metadata and risk status.

Policy and controls

Create or import policies and organize requirements into weighted control bundles with source citations and versioned history.

Risk assessments

Run structured assessments through owner, reviewer, approver and audit workflows with residual, technology and alignment risk dimensions.

AI red teaming

Test LLMs and agentic systems for adversarial behavior, harmful content, security weaknesses and other risk categories.

Fairness and drift testing

Measure bias across protected classes and monitor statistical drift using test agents and linked evidence.

Evidence and reporting

Store governance documents, link test results, generate risk and EU AI Act reports, and maintain an activity trail.

Runtime governance

Use Guardian to return applicable policy guidance at the point of a bounded AI action and record what was consulted.

Asenion pricing

Asenion does not publish current plan prices. A legacy Fairly AI page lists Essential at $99 monthly and Pro at $299, but both are out of stock, so those figures are not current offers. Enterprise deployment and implementation require a sales conversation.
